Twisted Knot Wheel Brush- Standard Twist / Cable Twist / Stringer Bead

Filled with straight wire twisted to different degrees (2/3 twist, cable twist, or stringer bead). It allows progressively more control and aggressiveness over brushing action. manufactured from straight tempered wire of highest quality and fatigue resistance for severe cleaning action. Brush diameters range from 3″ to 20″. Standard size keyways, double sections, gang-mounted in multiples, or shaft mounted for wide-face operations are available on special order.

Medium Face/Wide Face -standard twist: These brushes have tufts twisted approximately 2/3 of their length to enable rugged and aggressive cutting action. Comes in both medium and wide brush face.

Medium face-cable twist, standard twist w/keyway: Cable twist tufts are twisted completely to enable rugged and aggressive cutting action.

Stringer Bead-cable twist: Stringer bead wire wheel brushes are great for finishing in small channels and grooves and for prepping pipe for welding since they have a very narrow face width.
