Spiral Wound Cylinder Brush
When the brushing application needs continuous and wide face brushing, spiral wound coil brushes are used as one of the best fit for this purpose. It is made by winding strip brush around a core or shaft. Another way to make it is to fuse a strip brush into a single piece. For different kinds of application, strip brushes can be wound as desired. Where light work and flexibility of filling is required, pitch between the strip should be spread and openly wound, it should also have less dense fill, while for heavy application and where greater pressure is required, strips should be closely wound with heavily dense filling. Brush Firm’s Spiral wound coil brushes are ideally suited for food, glass and printing industries, depending on the requirements, customers are provided with the option to choose between hard and soft brush filaments. Fill materials include wire, synthetic and natural fibre.
