About Shaft Mounted Brush

Shaft mounted brushes can be differentiated from a regular wire brush by a shank mounted on it. The dimension of the shank is generally ¼” in width and 7/8” long. The shank is fixed in a way that is provides easy installation and usability on any machine. The three types of shaft mounted brushes manufactured at Brush Firm are shaft mounted cup brush, shaft mounted bevel brush, and shaft mounted wheel brush. Our standard shaft mounted brushes are available in carbon steel, Brass, nylon, silicon carbide, stainless steel, other filaments can be made available on request.

Brush Firm shaft mounted brushes provide superior brushing and effective results. The application of this brush is not limited to removing bottom scoring for side cleaning, it is also used for deburring, carbon, rust, paint removal.
