Micro Tube Brush

We have a wide variety of standard Twisted Miniature brushes. Available with brass, stainless steel, or nylon filament and a stem made of either galvanised steel or stainless steel. To suit your application requirements, Brush Firm can also create unique Twisted Miniature and Micro Miniature brushes with different filament sizes and lengths. The strong loop handle on these brushes makes them simple to use. These brushes polishes, reams, deburrs, provides finishing ultra-finely and cleans internally also.

Miniature abrasive tube brushes: These flexible brushes won’t damage the diameter, straightness, or surface polish of the holes, and they are made to hold their shape better than wire-fill brushes. Brushes made of silicate and aluminium oxide are intended for use with power. Special orders for silicon-carbide brushes are available.

White Nylon/Stainless Steel Micro Tube Brush: Our ultra-fine Micro Tube Brushes are made of stainless steel or white nylon also. They are intended for cleaning small tubes, including micro tubes, miniature tubes, tiny tubes, and small pipes, deburring small holes and cavities, narrow tubes and pipes, hoses, and small circular openings close to metallic and non-metallic components.
