Food Grade Roller Brush

These brushes are typically made for washing, drying, and waxing of vegetables and fruits. It is manufactured by stapling filament knots into predrilled cores. Standard overall diameter of the brush is 125mm, other options are also available. Brush Firm offers Food grade roller brushes in both styles, without core and with core. It cleans surface dirt and wax fruits and vegetables. The material used for shaft core material is food grade material to ensure brushing application without any harmful impact. It can be custom manufactured in both ways, spirally wound and tufted long soft hair having diameter of 300mm to 500mm. To achieve a greater cleaning effect, the brush’s shape can be sliced into a wave and the two rollers that correspond to the concave and convex are combined.

Staple Set (TUFTED) Core Construction: All forms of fruit washing applications are perfectly suited for the polyethylene core used in this style of construction. Manufactured by stapling filament knots into predrilled polyethylene. Trim contours come in spiral and parallel cuts. They come in larger options and have a standard overall diameter of 125mm.

Spiral Wound construction: It is manufactured by winding 8mm strip brush on a galvanised core. They come with standard overall diameter of 125mm. other sizes are also available upon request.
